Duck Meat Pâté SandwichBefore opening LATURE, I used to make duck meat “Pâté de Campagne” at Deco in Shibuya. Now, I’m bringing it back and using it in our duck meat pâté sandwiches. The sandwiches also feature cornichon and sauerkraut. It’s a relatively simple affair, but the focus is on enjoying the combination of fine, delicious ingredients.
